Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with Clodura Platform

If you are Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM CRM user, here are the steps to integrate it with your Clodura account.

How to Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM?

  1. Create your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account
  2. Login & Authorize in Clodura.AI
  3. Copy and Paste the Domain URL
  4. Connect to your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM account.
  5. Done!

Login & Authorize Clodura.AI to Access Your Dynamics 365 CRM Account

  1. Visit the Clodura.AI platform at
  2. Login with your login credentials.
  3. In the Clodura dashboard, click Settings.
  4. In the CRM Integrations section, click Dynamics 365 CRM.
  5. This will open the login page to your Dynamics 365 CRM account.

Authorise and Verify the Integration

  1. In a new browser tab or window, login to your Dynamics 365 CRM account.
  2. In the Domain URL field, copy and paste the URL from your Dynamics 365 CRM account.
  3. Click Connect.
  4. After clicking Connect, you will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
  5. Follow the prompts to authorize Clodura’s access to your Dynamics 365 CRM account.
  6. Once authorized, you should receive a message indicating successful connection.

Company and Contact Field Mapping

  1. After successful integration, navigate back to the CRM Integrations section in Clodura.
  2. Click on Mapping to access the field mapping interface.
  3. Ensure to select only standard fields for mapping purposes.
  4. Once the mapping is complete, click on Save to save the configurations.

Activate the Integration

  1. Locate the toggle switch related to the Dynamics 365 CRM integration.
  2. Enable the toggle to activate the integration.

Export Contacts to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

  1. Go to the Radar section in Clodura’s interface.
  2. Select the desired contacts or companies to export.
  3. Click on Export and choose the option for exporting to CRM.
  4. After exporting contacts/companies to Dynamics 365 CRM, Clodura will provide a notification within the application confirming the successful export.
  5. Additionally, an email will be sent to your registered email address containing a detailed report of the exported contacts/companies.
