Pumpernickels

30 years ago we set out to change the way Canadians see food. We never accepted the industry. Just because we served fast that doesnt mean our food should be made fast. Rather we opened our kitchens in the early hours of morning to make sure that every chicken breast, every grain, every vegetable is prepared meticulously with love and a friendly smile. We believe that food should be served with integrity. Today we have opened up dozens of kitchens serving the fresh and simple flavours that Toronto has to offer. We continue to create slow food with quick service. We are grateful for the dedication, talent, and hard work of our staff, some whom have been with us since the beginning. We are also grateful for all our customers, many of whom have developed long-lasting business relationships over the years.
