Xaviers Management Society

The Xaviers Management Society (XMS) is a representative society of the Department of Management Studies of St. Xaviers College, Kolkata. Established in September, 2010 the society is based on the ideological framework of commitment to excellence. With this very spirit, we in XMS believe it is essential for us to move out of our comfort zones and keep on questioning the need of moving ahead.Xaviers Management Society is a new step taken by the Department of Business Administration, which seeks to make a collective effort in exploring avenues beyond the realms of academia.
