Originating from a Persian concept, the word Xav / dv / means extract, pure, and abstract of everything; Xav Coffee works is supposed to contain the extract and abstract of everything thats related to coffee. In the fall of 2018, having spent many years gaining experience in the coffee industry, we decided to establish an academic institute with the aim of promoting this field.
