Whoz The Boss is home to a diverse team of 250 award-winning songwriters and producers from around the world. The company is the result of collaboration between Parker Lee Williams and Dave Herrero, two distinctly talented individuals who have been deeply involved in the music industry for over five decades, collectively. Parker Lee Williams, two-time Emmy nominee, the former music director for the Oprah Winfrey Show and Harpo Productions, and creator of the Harpo Sounds Music Library and Hip Hop legend, has over 20 years of experience in developing custom music for Harpo Productions, including the Oprah Winfrey Show, the Dr. Oz Show, and OWN productions (such as Super Soul Sunday and Oprahs Master Class). He worked with Oprah Winfrey for 26 years, serving as the Harpo Music Director for over a decade.
