Founded by Jeff Sutton, Wharton has successfully procured and repositioned properties throughout New York City, allowing us to remain one of the top retail property owners in the city today. Some of our propertys portfolio include Dolce Gabbana, Prada and Versace, McQueen, Swarovski, Nike Fifth Ave and Nike Soho, Whole Foods, and many more.
