West Central College of Arts and Science is an educational institution established in 2013. Our aim is to produce globally competitive students who are prepared to meet the demands of todays workforce. In a desire to uplift peoples lives, Mrs. Amorwena C. Langit and Alfred Langit made a decision to put up a school in 2013 located at Sta. Cruz Lubao Pampanga, Philippines. As an educators, they believed that education does a remarkable effect on ones personality which transforms a person to live a better life. The operation of the school has expanded, in 2018, the second school branch was established at Del Carmen, Floridablanca Pampanga Philippines. West Central College of Arts and Science is fully accredited and recognized by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and Department of Education (DepEd) in the Philippines.
