The Wenatchee World is a local, family-owned newspaper founded in 1905. The World is published daily online and printed and distributed to homes four days a week. The World provides coverage of Chelan, Douglas, Okanogan and Grant Counties in North Central Washington (NCW). We are passionate about serving our community and reporting on issues of regional importance. Our mission is to engage, inform and inspire NCW communities.
