VIP Health Care () is an education company based in Shanghai, China. We are dedicated to providing equal developmental opportunities to all children. We provide early childhood development programs in China using the US based Learning Accomplishment Profile (LAP), for which we are the exclusive operator in Greater China. We offer E-LAP (English language based program for 0-3 year olds), LAP3 (English language based program for 3-6 year olds) and C-LAP (Chinese language based program for 0-6 year olds) programs. We also provide training, lectures and a host of other services to allow people who share our passion to run their own centers. Our partner from the US is CHTOP, who was established in 1969 with funding from the US Federal government to develop and provide educational services to young children.
