Vermont CARES works for and with Vermonters affected by HIV/AIDS to promote wellbeing through a continuum of prevention, support, and advocacy services. Founded in 1986, Vermont CARES provides services to Vermonters living with HIV/AIDS and provides individuals with HIV prevention education, skills building, and materials.
