Vamafil is a privately owned company providing specialized fiber converting services for customers in three segments: large multinational yarn producers, yarn traders and manufacturers that use the fiber constructions within their own product-range. Our services include twisting, plying/assembling, rewinding, coating and stretching of high-performance yarns made of Polyester, Polyamide, Aramid, Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, Polypropylene and other. Application areas of our twisted yarns include mechanical rubber goods (conveyor belts, V-belts, hoses and other), ropes (for the oil, gas, energy, personal protection, outdoor and other use), fishing nets, geotextiles, optical cables, straps, technical fabrics and heavy-duty slings. Our company has two manufacturing locations in the Czech Republic and employs around 120 highly skilled staff.
