PREC is the department of the Faculty of Law of the Free University of Brussels (VUB) which is responsible for education and research in private law and economic law matters. The department is composed of two sections: the section private law and the section business/economic law. The department is staffed by recognised scholars and practitioners who teach, perform research and publish on topics related to private law and economic law.
