Vaderstad Industries Inc was established in 1992 as Seed Hawk Inc. and began manufacturing precision seeding systems in the now 100,000-square foot facility, located just north of Langbank, Saskatchewan. In 2021, Vaderstad acquired AAJV in Wahpeton North Dakota and its manufacturing operations and equipment portfolio there. There is a rich history of the Concord, Wishek and Wil-Rich in the area. Vaderstad AB had a clear common denominator, that made them a perfect match.
