UP started its organic conversion in 2017 and is located at the forest-edge of Natural reserve of Les Maures, close to Saint Tropez. UP is surrounded by nature and hills called Notre Dame des Anges. UP takes full advantage of 46 ha of vines set across shallow sandstone soil. The terroir feeds its complexity with the natural compost brought by the oak trees leaves and the vine shoots. 2 cuvees are currently produced at this winery called Original and Urban. Each wine uses an iconic bottle shape. The wines feature the same signature: Aromatic intensity. Surprising. Smooth. Powerful. In June 2018, UP will re-open and welcomes you to join us.
