Uganda Counseling Support Services (UCSS) is a non-profit organization with a mission to improve the quality of life for people in remote communities of Uganda by providing access to clean water, education, and healthcare one community at a time. UCSS was founded in 2011 and began its work in the region of Bulike because its 48,000 residents have no clean water, electricity, or sewage. The goal is to help each community become self-sufficient to the point where outside resources are no longer necessary.
