After working in the industry for 30 years, Carson noticed there were many industrial processing plants lacking needed resources, in particular, emergency maintenance services. From his observations of this, Carson decided to leave his full-time job and establish T&T Industrial, Inc. with his wife Jana, in the heart of Oklahoma City.
