Transportation Resource Services, Inc., d/b/a TRS Corp. (TRS) provides right-of-way consulting services to public agencies across the state of Colorado. TRS has office locations in Colorado Springs, Centennial and Grand Junction. TRS developed its right-of-way consulting team in 2007. We have a staff of qualified right of way professionals, and serve municipal agencies across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Region by drawing upon our decades of experience with the Uniform Relocation and Real Property Acquisition Policy Act of 1970, as amended (Uniform Act), and Title 38, Colorado Revised Statutes. This experience includes working closely agency staff and elected officials who face the challenge of serving the needs of the general public while minimizing inconveniences to individual citizens.
