Trendsetters was founded in early nineties of last century. It started with two Americans who came to Latvia in 1993. They established International Trendsetters that became local leading sales and marketing consultancy in period from 1994 to 1999. Beginning of 1995 Trendsetters offers personnel search and selection services to its customers. The standards of our performance became the standard of the industry in Latvia and the demand for our HR services grew rapidly. In October 1998 Pavel Loskutov was appointed as Recruitment department manager and it became a separate business unit of Trendsetters group. Today Trendsetters is well-established personnel search and selection Company, offering its Clients executive search and proactive recruitment services.
