TORUS is a privately-owned property developer established in Gdansk, Poland. We specialise in the development and lease of modern office space. We draw our strength from our people. Our team consists of highly qualified specialists with a wide array of knowledge and proven track record in their areas of expertise. Since 2002 we have developed 12 properties, spanning office, mixed-business, residential, hotel and warehouse sectors. All projects signed with the TORUS logo offer modern solutions, energy efficiency and a high level of functionality. We are currently developing our large, modern, mixed-use business centre - ALCHEMIA - situated in Gdansk Oliwa, the rapidly growing Tricity business hub. Its first stage, ALCHEMIA I, consists of two, six & eight-storey towers on a shared four-storey base, offering over 21,000 sq. m of mixed office and business space.
