Thrively was born out of the belief that every child has a genius and they deserve to thrive. We created the industrys first strength assessment to shift the focus from Whats wrong with you? to Whats strong with you? Our mission is to bring in a paradigm shift in education through asset-based learning. We help districts create strengths-based environments to drive increase in academic success, where every learner is known by their name, strengths, and needs, with their well-being supported and hope instilled so they thrive in the K-12 classroom and in life.
