The Simah Group

The Simah Group was officially formed in 2022 with the amalgamation of: * Simah Risk Solutions (formerly Bay Union Corporate Risks) * Simah Risk Advisors (formerly Indwe Risk Solutions) * Acuideas, the specialist administration business serving independent brokers. Peter Olyott, CEO of Indwe Broker Holdings was the facilitator of this transaction. He, together with African Rainbow Capital Financial Investments (ARC) and Gavin Searle, are shareholders in the business. ARC shareholding will be transferred into Invequity, a broad-based BEE fund. The group offers bespoke insurance, risk, and advisory services to large commercial and corporate businesses in its chosen segments and is focused mainly on complexed risks in the private equity and public company markets.
