The Ranch is what great stories are made of the nasty villain, a good hero and a town that needed a bit of saving. The story of The Ranch starts off with one of the jewels of the South, St. Bernard Parish. After the towns villain, Hurricane Katrina, ravaged the Parish it seemed all was lost. Nestled only 7 miles from downtown New Orleans, its people needed a glimmer of hope. Enter Jason Waggenspack, our hero who is called Head of Possibilities. His vision is to not only build a state of the art film studio but to develop an ecosystem that fosters education, creativity, and economic development. At The Ranch we believe that inspiring creativity is our calling. We are passionate to see others realize their greatest imaginations.
