The Oyster Collection is a family run collection of luxury boutique hotels and guesthouses located in some of the best picturesque locations in South Africa. The Collection has been built by Louise and Nic Poole with their partners over 17 years. Their first property, The Oyster Box Beach House in Kenton-on-Sea boasts some of the best views of the South African Coastline. Today the Collection is made up of 16 properties, each with their own individual decor inspiration but the same luxurious finishes and personalised service that has come to epitomise The Oyster Collection brand. This is encapsulated in our mantra of being true hospitalitarians. The Collection now has presence in Cape Town, Camps Bay, Franschhoek, Addo Elephant National Park, Kenton-on-Sea and Grahamstown which also includes a craft bar and eatery and coffee shop
