TOC cultivates an atmosphere where collaboration, knowledge exchange and the celebration of best practices in Guidance & Outreach are integral pillars of the community. The core essence of The Outreach Collective resides in a mutual aspiration: to seamlessly integrate ALL stakeholders involved in College Guidance, University Outreach, and Admissions.
