My speciality is in driving sales and building brands with a holistic, creative, multi-channel approach. Ive worked for market leaders such as Soho House & Co, Bobbi Brown and Bamford. Isabel Im the Commercial Brand Developer. My speciality is in creating clear sales structures and building management and training teams that can achieve ambitious sales targets. I was an integral member of the team who scaled up Charlotte Tilbury Makeup, before heading up spa and wellness at Bamford.
