In 1965 the Harrigan Brothers bought The Original Pancake House franchise on Western Avenue in Chicago, IL. Committed to the quality of the recipes and ingredients used to prepare these delicious pancakes, waffles and crepes- the Harrigans have been loyal members of the business community for 50 years. People return often and for generations have called The Original Pancake House home! We take pride in our colonial house on the hill and the decor reflects a warm feeling with three fireplaces, floor to ceiling woodwork and an old-world charm. Our company has grown to now owning and operating 3 restaurants. Families have made breakfast with us a tradition and we believe our batters made from scratch, specially blended coffee and freshly squeezed juices are the reasons they return to us so often.
