The Media Cell, St. Stephens College

Were The Media Cell, St. Stephens Colleges newest society, that emphasizes on promoting journalism. With the platform provided, we aim at covering the non noticeable events, apart from the mainstream episodes which are explicit to everyone, to seep into the unsung moments, silent stories of college members (not limiting to students) and the situations that are considered very plain, but have a bundle of hues and stories. Having had a significant percentage of our alumni in the media industry to look up to, we believe this space would ignite a spirit of journalism among the students, thus adding to the glory of this institution. This society can be used as a tool for disseminating information and making important announcements related to all activities of this institution. Most importantly, we believe this space will give a hands on experience to the students who aspire to become effective as future leaders in the media industry
