With only eighty residents, the home is small enough for the staff to get to know everyone. The residents are valued as individuals and are encouraged to pursue their own interests or to take part in the many organised activities. The staff provide high quality nursing care. Mary Ogilvy Home is a member of Aged and Community Services Tasmania and our mission is to provide quality aged care in a safe, homely and secure environment, while maintaining each residents individuality and independence. The most important aspect of our care to is to ensure we are able to care for each residents individual and varying needs whether they require low or high levels of care, and at the level they want to participate.
