Working across Surrey, Windsor and into Hampshire, our team support children, young people and families facing a wide range of wellbeing and mental health challenges. Using the power of positive relationships, east to west is dedicated to supporting those we work with for as long as is needed, putting them at the heart of our pastoral response. Celebrating our 25th Anniversary this year, weve supported 35,000 children, young people and families across a generation, helping them to experience hope in difficult and challenging circumstances
