The Daring Way

The Daring WayTM is an empirically based training and certification program for helping professionals, based on the research of Dr. Brene Brown. We offer several curriculums that focus on the topics covered in Brenes books including courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy. Our methodology is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders, and it can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. Our goal is to make the world a more loving and courageous place by helping people learn how to show up, be seen, and live brave. To accomplish this, we rigorously train helping professionals in an effective and empirically based approach to change. Our Belief is that leaning into vulnerability, practicing courage, and building resilience skills requires that we address thought, emotion, and behavior.
