The Archer Project

At the Archer Project, we believe that homeless people have plenty of skills, but they rarely have power. We dont just create a world for people, we welcome them into ours. It is our experience, supported by research, that through building positive relationships, we can help people change their lives for the better. We do this by dividing our work into three streams: engagement, stabilisation and fulfilment. Engagement involves working with rough sleepers and those who live more chaotic lifestyles. We work on building relationships and trust with these individuals so that we can help them begin to develop some form of routine. Our work at this stage is also focused on providing the basic necessities such as breakfast, lunch and food parcels, access to showers and laundry facilities, and medical facilities.
