The Alt Protein Project at EIT Food

We are a student initiative focused on enhancing research, innovation and education across Europe in the field of alternative proteins, with the support of two impactful organisations committed to shaping the future of food: The Good Food Institute (GFI) and EIT Food. We are part of GFIs global student network, The Alt Protein Project (APP). Our chapter brings together a pan-European community consisting of six universities from the EIT Foods Master in Food Systems programme: Lund University, University of Warsaw, University of Reading, University of Turin, University of Hohenheim and Aarhus University. This diverse range of academic institutions enables us to engage an equally diverse range of students, scientists, staff and other stakeholders.
