Tendon Manufacturing was founded in July of 1988 by Michael Gordon Sr. and Greg Tench. Greg and Mike worked together at Warner and Swasey until 1987 and while working together, they formed what would become, a lifelong friendship. Greg knew the manufacturing side of the metal fabrication business and Mike knew how to handle the fiscal side of the metal fabrication business.
