Tea Tap began with an on-line introduction of 3 foodies, each with an active interest in delicious, healthy foods & beverages and all with a passion to learn and share more about tea and tea beverages. Two of us live in France, one in the USA. Francois, an expert in wines, food and finance with 16 years experience in a leading restaurant-bar & brewing business. Is our food & beverage pairing expert. Quentin, with 9 years experience in the brewing and restaurant business shares his special interest in food trends, Kombucha, design and great tea wares! Richard, a tea professional with 3 decades experience working with the worlds most prominent specialty tea companies developing blends and sourcing fine teas will continue to bring us exciting new tea beverages.
