Teach Western Mass

Teach Western Mass is an organization which runs a state-approved teacher preparation program, the Residency, which provides classroom training, coaching, and cultural learning opportunities to BIPOC and anti-racist educators in our partner schools across Western Massachusetts. Through community-centered programming and support that decreases turnover, educators will learn how to be highly successful, effective teachers while they develop standards-based and culturally relevant lessons for students
