TATVA School

TATVA was started by Balasubramanian (Bala), IIT M-94 & IIM A-98, and Vidyalakshmi (Vidya), MNNIT -98, IIM A-01. Bala has been in the business of education since 1999 while Vidya entered it in 2006 after 5 years of experience in business consulting. They trained thousands of students every year for national level competitive exams such as the CAT and even the IIT JEE with considerable success across the years. The coaching business gave Bala and Vidya deep insights into the state of education in India. A good education system, Bala and Vidya realised, cannot be created on the assumptions and approaches of the existing system. It was necessary to set up their own school committed to excellence in education, and which would become the inspiration for a radical overhaul of education. Thus was TATVA born.
