The Tasmanian School of Business and Economics (TSBE) commenced teaching programs in 1914 within the University of Tasmania, which has been named the top-ranked university in the world for climate action. The TSBE is a single school with five academic discipline areas: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing and Management. Our vision is to advance the well-being, and economic and social development of the people of Tasmania and our communities. Our mission is to lead research and learning in business and economics to benefit our local, regional and global communities.
