ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AUTHORITY Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) is a semi- autonomous public institution responsible for overseeing aviation industry in the United Republic of Tanzania. The Authority was established as a corporate body, pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act CAP 80(R.E 2006). CORPORATE GOVERNANCE The Authority is governed by a seven-member board of directors with six non-executive members and the Director General of the Authority.
