Tamar Fresh Food Service is a family business originally established by Francis Barrett and now run by sons David, Nigel and Ian with roots within the industry spanning many generations. We pride ourselves in sourcing our broccoli from Penzance, potatoes and cauliflower from Kingsbridge, parsnips from Exeter, apples from Sidmouth and strawberries and raspberries from the Tamar Valley, and seasonally permitting, asparagus from the South Hams and Truro. This being only a very small percentage of a massive selection on offer. All our products are available to the public from our retail outlet at Tamar View Nurseries in Carkeel. In addition to the fine selection of fruit and vegetables in-store, we also have a large selection of meats, fresh bakery, ice cream and preserves.
