Supportive Partnerships for Youth

Thirty-six years ago, SPY was created to help at-risk elementary aged children in Carlisle grow academically, socially and emotionally over the summer. Since this time, families have come to rely on our program to care for, nourish, educate and enrich the lives of their children. In the beginning our program served less than 30 children and was administered completely by a group of church volunteers. Over the years SPY has made impressive growth and today is a professionally staffed youth development organization known for its quality academic and social emotional enrichment programming with an ever-increasing enrollment. A SPY camper is a 1st-3rd grade student who has been identified by their school counselor as a child who would benefit from added academics over the summer and needs stability and nourishment while not in school.
