Sunwest Management, Inc. (SMI) was founded in 1991 with a portfolio of three properties: two retirement communities and one skilled nursing community. Currently, SMI manages approximately 200 communities nationwide. We believe in the principle that providing professional management services for senior housing communities meets a critical need for a nations population that is aging gracefully in increasing numbers. We recognize and honor the fact that our elders have spent a lifetime of achievement and are now seeking leisure.
