SumoSaladTM is Australias largest and most awarded healthy fast food franchise, with over 100 sites in Australia and a growing number of international sites including, USA, Brazil, New Zealand, Singapore and Dubai. After spending a couple of years abroad in the Big Apple surrounded by doughnuts, shakes and super-sized fries, a couple of twenty-something Sydneysiders, Luke Baylis and James Miller wanted to create a healthy yet delicious alternative for all Australians after quickly realising that Australia was following the unhealthy American trends of obesity, poor diet and exercise. 2003 saw the opening of the first SumoSalad store in Sydneys CBD....
