Stockport Golf Club

Welcome to Stockport Golf Club, hosts of the World Amateur Golf Ranking event the Cheshire Cat and past Open Championship Regional Qualifying Course. Founded in 1905 and designed by former Open Champion, Sandy Herd, this 6,400 yard par 71 course is an excellent example of a wooded parkland/heathland course and is the envy of many Cheshire golf clubs. A good golfing test for all standards in excellent condition and with Cheshires finest greens. The traditional clubhouse has all the facilities that visitors require and golfers in the know travel far for our food. The Club offers a variety of Corporate opportunities, including Corporate Membership, Corporate Partnership and Corporate Golf Days.
