STL Youth Jobs mission is to bridge the divide between our regions youth and the growing skills gap in our workforce. We train then connect St. Louis youth ages 16-24 with local employers in the private, public, and nonprofit sector to have meaningful work experience. How STL Youth Jobs Works Our jobs programs are designed to create transformative employment opportunities for youth, while giving them the training and support they need to become the workforce of the future.
