Steps Charity NPC is a registered South African non-profit organisation. Established in 2005, our core purpose is to improve the lives of children born with clubfoot by preventing disability. Based in Cape Town and operating nationally, we are the only organisation working in this space in South Africa. Steps goal is that every child born in Southern Africa with clubfoot has early and effective treatment, and access to care by a health care provider trained in the Ponseti method.
