Moonshine University is home to the Stave & Thief Society, a comprehensive, hands-on Bourbon certification program established to promote Kentuckys distinguished Bourbon culture. Through a standardized training program recognized as the Kentucky Distillers Associations official Bourbon education course, Stave & Thief Society certifies hospitality and retail professionals, Bourbon enthusiasts, and bartenders as Executive Bourbon Stewards.
