As we continue to improve and update our technology and services, we will remain focused on providing the best possible care for you, your family and your friends and neighbors. Formerly known as Gary Memorial Hospital, our name was changed to St. Martin Hospital as of September 18, 2000. We became an affiliate of Lafayette General Medical Center at the same time. On July 1, 2001, St. Martin Hospital became a critical access hospital. In 2009, St. Martin Hospital entered into a long term affiliation with Lafayette General Medical Center, Acadianas largest full service acute care hospital.
