Sports Club, BIT Sindri

Sports club of bit Sindri ensures the physical well being of BITians. It accommodates a prolific range of co-curricular activities as part of our daily routine. The prestigious club was established in the late 80s. Working under the guidance of Professor R.K.Verma, Professor-Incharge of Sports Club, we could able to conduct successful sports events in BIT Sindri. Sports build a spirit of healthy rivalry, true sportsmanship, and personality development in everyone whether its a casual face-off between friends,intra-college championship, or inter-college tournaments in a grand scale. The club organizes events SPARDHA and PRATIDWANDA, as a part of the ANNUAL SPORTS MEET, organized for students and faculty. Apart from these, Sports club also organizes various social events like marathons and RUN FOR UNITY which is conducted every year on 31st October.
