Thats our mission at Speak Out Sisterhood, a global network elevating youth to eradicate barriers to equality for women in STEM. What sets us apart is our unique emphasis on empowering young people to take tangible action to eliminate injustices and discrimination in the STEM workplace, an approach that not only paves the way for equal opportunity of advancement for women in STEM careers but also empowers college women to become confident changemakers as they pursue their own STEM careers. Diversity in STEM is crucial to innovation and societal advancement, and young women must be supported and exposed to women role models in a mentorship relationship in order to build the self-confidence essential for success in STEM
