South Central Community Action Program is a nonprofit organization based in Bloomington, Indiana that has served low-income people for more than 55 years. Our mission is to provide opportunities for low-income individuals and families to achieve personal and economic independence. We serve more than 4,000 families annually, representing more than 9,000 individuals in Brown, Monroe, Morgan, and Owen counties.
